My Take
Yuta Iiyama is one of those quietly compelling figures who doesn't need to shout to get your attention. Born in July 1996, he's just turned thirty, the stretch where people start really figuring out who they are as performers — and what's interesting about him is that he's doing it across two lanes at once, idol work and stage acting, which is genuinely a tough balancing act. A lot of people plant their flag in one camp, but he seems to be the type who just keeps showing up and putting in the reps. He came up through the idol group B2takes!! and stage roles like Kiba in Naruto before moving to Cast Corporation in 2022, and I kind of respect that quiet self-possession. I'm curious to see how the theater side of his career develops as he gets deeper into his thirties. The dual-path grind takes real dedication, and that kind of sincerity tends to pay off eventually.
