Ayano Hirai

Born on Christmas Day 1989 — I mean, if the universe was trying to make a statement, it nailed it. Ayano Hirai is a Yokohama-raised cheerleader who went on to study at Otsuma Women's University, and honestly there's something refreshing about someone who just commits to a lane and owns it. Cheerleading gets undersold as a career — it demands insane physical conditioning, split-second coordination, and the mental fortitude to be visibly pumped up even when you're running on empty. At 168cm, a former Takarazuka Music School student and 2015 Miss Japan finalist, she's the kind of person who probably makes the whole room's energy shift the second she walks in.
