Bar Refaeli

Bar Refaeli interests me less as a Sports Illustrated cover star and more as a self-made operator. Yes, she topped Maxim's Hot 100 and is arguably Israel's most successful international model, but what impresses me is how she leveraged that fame into being a businessperson, brand ambassador, and television judge. Plenty of models ride their looks until the spotlight fades; she clearly understood that beauty is a starting asset, not a career. That kind of strategic thinking, turning visibility into ownership and influence, is what separates a momentary face from a lasting brand. I respect the entrepreneur underneath the glamour more than the glamour itself.
