My Take
Bennedict Mathurin is the kind of player I find easy to root for. Coming out of French-speaking Montreal and breaking through at Arizona, where he was named Pac-12 Player of the Year, he embodies the rapid rise of Canadian basketball. What I like is his motor, an athletic, attacking wing who plays with obvious hunger rather than entitlement.
