Cam Clarke

Cam Clarke is catnip for anyone who grew up on animation and video games. Being born in Burbank feels almost too on-the-nose for a voice career. Leonardo in the 1987 Ninja Turtles, Kaneda in Akira, and Liquid Snake in Metal Gear show astonishing range, from earnest hero to theatrical villain. That low, menacing Liquid voice still lives in my head. What I admire most is how he can carry a character's soul without ever showing his face, juggling heroes and madmen alike. Craftsmen like him earn my genuine respect for quietly anchoring the works we love.
