Daeg Faerch

What fascinates me about Daeg Faerch is the sheer nerve it took, as a young boy, to embody the child version of Michael Myers in Rob Zombie's Halloween. That is no ordinary debut. Born in San Diego, he has since pivoted into rapping and songwriting, which suggests an artist unwilling to be boxed in by an early-career typecast. I am genuinely curious to see him take on weightier, more mature roles. To me, child stars who survive intact and keep creating deserve real respect, and Faerch reads as one of them.
