My Take
What fascinates me about Mayweather isn't the flash or the Money persona — it's the craft underneath. Going 50-0 across five weight classes at 170 cm tells me he understood something most fighters never grasp: defense can be the most aggressive weapon in boxing. I've watched plenty of louder, harder punchers, but nobody managed risk like he did, inside the ring or at the negotiating table. He turned playing the villain into a business model and made the whole sport orbit around him. You don't have to like him to recognize a once-in-a-generation strategist, and I doubt we'll see his equal soon.
