Holland Roden

Holland Roden earned my attention as Lydia Martin on Teen Wolf, but what keeps it is the contradiction in her resume. Here's a UCLA-educated actress who keeps choosing dark, demanding genre work in horror and suspense rather than coasting on charm. That intelligence bled into Lydia, a character whose sharpness was the whole point. Moving through projects like Channel Zero and Lore shows someone unwilling to be flattened into the pretty-girl role and discarded. Brains paired with the nerve to take real risks tends to build durable careers, and I'm genuinely curious where she goes next.
