Isaac C. Singleton Jr.

What fascinates me about Isaac C. Singleton Jr. is that he is one of those performers you have heard far more than you have consciously watched. Lending that thunderous voice to Thanos and to Sagat in Street Fighter, he has built a presence that lives in your memory without a face attached. I have a soft spot for actors who treat the voice as a full instrument, and his stunt background only deepens that sense of total physical commitment. He never needed a flashy resume; that unmistakable rumble does the talking for him, and I respect a craftsman whose tool is simply being himself.
