Ken Norton Jr.

Ken Norton Jr. is one of those figures I admire for the full arc of a football life. A UCLA linebacker drafted by the Cowboys in 1988, he carved out a real playing career and then poured that knowledge back into the game as a linebackers coach, now with the Washington Commanders. Linebacker is a position demanding both intelligence and physical ferocity, and to master it as a player and then teach it across generations shows rare staying power. Carrying a famous name yet building his own legacy on his own terms makes him quietly impressive to me.
