Leo Wu

Leo Wu is a rare case of a child star who actually grew into a credible adult performer. Appearing in commercials at three and debuting as Nezha at seven, he could easily have burned out or been typecast forever. Instead he has quietly built a steady television career, which I find quietly impressive given how brutal China's entertainment industry can be on former kid actors. Shanghai-born and still young, he carries an unforced naturalness on screen that suggests his early start was a foundation rather than a ceiling. I am genuinely curious to see what range he reveals as he matures into more demanding roles.
