Mark Stoermer

Mark Stoermer holds a special place for me as the bassist anchoring the Killers across six studio albums. Bass is the unglamorous engine room of a band; remove it and everything hollows out, yet few fans ever notice the player. What I love about Stoermer is the restless curiosity beyond the day job, three solo records including Another Life and Filthy Apes and Lions, each exploring his own voice.
