My Take
Michael Greger is, to me, far more than a physician. A Cornell-trained doctor from Miami, he chose to devote his career to nutrition and the championing of a whole-food, plant-based diet. What earns my respect most is NutritionFacts.org, where he distills peer-reviewed research into free, accessible videos rather than chasing profit. Whether or not you share his dietary convictions, the integrity of giving evidence away for public benefit is rare. I genuinely admire anyone who tries to move medicine upstream toward prevention, and Greger does exactly that.
