My Take
Michelle Phan feels like a genuine pioneer to me, not just another beauty creator. She turned a YouTube tutorial channel into an actual business, founding and owning EM Cosmetics rather than simply lending her name to someone else's product. That's the move I always look for: the leap from influence to ownership.
