My Take
Rag'n'Bone Man is proof that a voice can rearrange a room. Rory Graham's baritone on Human did not just chart, it cut through everything else playing at the time, and his debut album setting a UK sales record for a male artist confirms it was no fluke. What I admire most is how he bridges blues grit and pop accessibility without sounding calculated. He looks like a craftsman, sings like a confession, and trusts the song over flash. In an era of overproduced hooks, a singer who leans on raw tone and conviction is exactly the kind of artist I keep returning to.
