Rhea Kapoor

Rhea Kapoor interests me because she chose to build rather than to perform, stepping behind the camera in a film dynasty obsessed with its stars. Born into the Kapoor family and trained at NYU, she could have leaned on her surname, yet she partnered with her sister Sonam to produce films and run the fashion label Rheson on her own terms. Producers are the unsung architects who set a project's whole tone, and I find her quiet authority compelling. As an Indian woman carving space in production, she represents a shift I genuinely admire and want to keep watching.
