Rin Takahashi

Rin Takahashi was born on 9 August 1990 in Nishi-ku, Niigata, and works as a model, gravure idol, and actor. She first worked under the name Rin Tachibana, and her first DVD in June 2014 reached number one on Amazon's idol DVD ranking; she is now represented by Irving after leaving IS Field. She maintains her own social media presence, and the gap has more to do with how this corner of the industry gets recorded than with the size of anyone's career. Gravure and modeling work lives largely in magazines and photobooks, formats that rarely generate the tidy chronologies that film and television produce. If you want an accurate read on where she is now, her own accounts are the place to look.
