Shangela

What I admire most about Shangela is the comeback arc. Being the first eliminated in season two of RuPaul's Drag Race could have ended the story, but returning as a surprise contestant and clawing up to sixth place tells you everything about his resilience. To me he reads as someone who treats setbacks as fuel rather than verdicts. Beyond the drag artistry, the way he has expanded into dancing, film, and television feels like a deliberate, hardworking career build rather than a lucky break. I find that grit genuinely compelling, and I respect performers who refuse to let a bad start be the final word.
