Men's Teioh

Okay, the name alone is a whole personality — MEN'S Teio, a ring name that somehow packs swagger and absurdist humor into one phrase, which feels very on-brand for Japanese pro wrestling's golden era. Born in 1966 in Tokyo, he went all the way through Tokai University before lacing up his boots, so this wasn't some impulsive leap — it was a deliberate choice to put his body on the line in the squared circle. He went from Michinoku Pro to a stint in the WWF and then years as a Big Japan mainstay, holding its heavyweight and junior heavyweight belts, and honestly? Pro wrestling from that generation had a rawness and commitment that modern sports entertainment often sands down. He was part of that world, and that counts for something real.
