Tamina Snuka

Tamina, born Sarona Reiher Snuka in Vancouver, Washington, carries a weight most performers never face: she is the daughter of the legendary Jimmy Snuka. Debuting in 2009 and signing with WWE the next year, she has endured in a brutal business for well over a decade. Living up to a famous wrestling name while building your own identity is its own kind of grind, and the longevity alone earns my respect. Pro wrestling sits on the razor's edge between performance and genuine physical risk. To last as long as she has, on her own terms, speaks to a quiet toughness I admire.
