My Take

Wendie Malick turned her own past as a fashion model into comic gold, and that act of self-aware reinvention is what wins my respect. As Nina Van Horn on Just Shoot Me! she skewered the vanity of the modeling world from the inside, earning Emmy nominations for the privilege.
