My Take
Mike Polchlopek, better known as Bart Gunn, earns my respect as a genuine two-sport fighter. Standing 193 cm and hailing from Titusville, Florida, he made his name in the WWF from 1993 to 1999, notably as half of the Smokin' Gunns, and the nickname Bodacious Bart had real swagger. His strength was the chemistry and timing of tag-team wrestling. Later stepping into mixed martial arts tells me he was a fighter at his core, never content to merely perform. He may not have been a marquee headliner, but rugged, dependable talents like him are what make a roster worth watching.
