Fuku Suzuki

Okay, I'll admit it: my brain still files Fuku Suzuki under "tiny kid bopping along to that ridiculously catchy 'Maru Maru Mori Mori' song," so seeing him as a grown man who actually acts for a living is a low-key existential experience. What I respect is the staying power. Child stardom is a meat grinder, and most kids vanish the second their cuteness expires, but he just quietly kept working, year after year, like it was no big deal. Every time he pops up in an interview he comes across as weirdly humble and grounded, which makes zero sense for someone who's been famous since he was barely old enough to read. There's this warm, almost relative-you-actually-like vibe to him. Honestly, I'm just curious what kind of grown-up roles he leans into next.
