Manabu Ikezoe

Horse trainers don't get nearly enough credit, and Manabu Ikezoe is exactly the kind of person I think about when I say that. Virgos are famously detail-obsessed, and honestly that feels like the perfect wiring for someone whose job is reading an animal that can't tell you it has a sore fetlock or a bad night's sleep. He's out there before most people set an alarm, watching how a horse moves, adjusting, recalibrating. No spotlight, no fan chants — just the slow, serious work of building trust with a creature on its own terms. That kind of quiet mastery genuinely impresses me.
