Masahiro Inoue

For me, Masahiro Inoue will always be a Heisei Kamen Rider face, one of those guys who carried the whole tokusatsu energy on his shoulders back when that genre was minting young stars. I love the contrast in him: a Yokohama kid with that lean 182cm model build and sharp, slightly sweet features, but doing a transforming-hero role that's secretly brutal physical labor, all wirework and stunts and screaming on cue. There's a quiet, workmanlike vibe to how he's stuck around since then, less tabloid noise, more just steadily clocking in. Born in 1989, he's mid-thirties now, past the fresh-faced phase and easing into that nicely weathered leading-man texture. I respect actors who keep showing up for the fans who found them young, and he reads to me like exactly that kind of steady, sincere one.
