Masuo

I've got a real soft spot for the kind of creator Masuo is. Born in 1989 up in Myoko Kogen, a snowy mountain town in Niigata, he gives off that unhurried, no-elbows-out energy I always find myself rooting for. So much of YouTube is people shouting to be heard, and he just... doesn't. He feels like the laid-back older brother who films his ordinary day and somehow makes it warm and funny without ever trying too hard. I respect people who stay their own size and keep showing up. That's the type that gets loved for the long haul, and honestly, he reads like exactly that to me.
