My Take
I'll be honest, I'm still getting to know Miku Kasai, but the shape of her already grabs me. A 2001 summer baby, Cancer through and through, she's smack in the middle of Gen Z and doing the thing that defines her generation: acting in front of a camera while also just being herself on YouTube. I love that double life. There's something disarming about people who can disappear into a role and then turn around and talk straight to you like a friend, and Cancers tend to do that closeness thing so naturally that you don't notice you've been pulled in until you're rooting for them. To me she reads like pure runway, the kind of young talent whose ceiling nobody's found yet. I don't need awards lists to be curious. I just want to lean back and watch where she takes this, no rush.
