Mukesh Bhatt

Mukesh Bhatt is the kind of figure I genuinely admire, the producer who shapes cinema from behind the curtain. As co-owner of Vishesh Films, founded in 1986, he has spent decades putting Bollywood projects into the world, and being the younger brother of Mahesh Bhatt clearly placed him at the heart of a filmmaking family. What I appreciate is his range, having worked as actor, assistant director, and producer rather than settling into one comfortable role. The people who build production houses and keep them alive across generations rarely get the spotlight, yet they are often the ones who make the spotlight possible.
