Neo

Neo is the kind of person the internet quietly builds a cult around before anyone can explain exactly why. Born June 6, 2001, she sits right at the heart of Gen Z's fashion-forward creator wave — part model, part YouTuber, all aesthetic. What I find genuinely interesting is that the Kagoshima-born creator helped start the lip-sync video craze on MixChannel in 2015 and then turned it into a career in modeling and TV with Watanabe Entertainment. Her Instagram handle tells you the birthday, her site gives you the world she's curated, and the rest you fill in yourself. In an era of fleeting virality, that staying power says a lot.
