My Take
Nyle DiMarco is someone whose whole trajectory genuinely impresses me. A Queens-born model at 188cm, he became the first Deaf winner of America's Next Top Model, then took Dancing with the Stars the very next year, dominating two hugely different competitions back to back. A Gallaudet University graduate rooted in Deaf culture, he's not just a striking face but a committed activist for Deaf rights, recognized with the Laurent Clerc Award. Commanding the spotlight that thoroughly while navigating a hearing world takes real resolve. I admire him most for the conviction beneath the looks, talent paired with purpose.
