To me, Pat Miletich represents the quiet bedrock of modern mixed martial arts. Becoming the first UFC Welterweight Champion was impressive enough, but what genuinely earns my respect is what came after the cage. Founding Miletich Fighting Systems and developing a string of future champions shows a rare instinct: the desire not just to win, but to pass strength forward.
