My Take
Rich Paul fascinates me because he reached the top not as the athlete but as the man moving the athletes. From a tough Cleveland upbringing he became LeBron James's agent and built Klutch Sports into a force that genuinely shifted leverage back toward the players. I admire that he won on trust before titles, turning a real friendship into a serious business without losing the loyalty at its core. He is a self-made operator who rewrote the rules of an industry that rarely lets outsiders in. To me he is one of the most quietly consequential figures in modern sports.
