My Take
Rob Conway is the kind of wrestler I have a soft spot for: not a marquee superstar, but a hard-nosed craftsman who carried weight where it mattered. A two-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion who put in serious years through WWE and the NWA, he represents the unglamorous backbone that makes a roster believable. Coming out of Louisville, Kentucky, he built a career on grit rather than gimmickry. To me, performers like Conway deserve more recognition than they get, because the spotlight-stealers only shine when reliable veterans hold the whole show together.
