My Take
At seven feet tall, Stefan Struve is impossible to ignore, and I find his career genuinely fascinating beyond the novelty of being the UFC's tallest fighter. Height that extreme is both gift and burden in mixed martial arts, demanding a completely different relationship with reach, balance and durability than anyone else in the heavyweight division. I respect athletes who must engineer their own style because no template fits them, and Struve clearly did. His move from kickboxing into the cage suggests a fighter willing to adapt. To me he represents the quiet courage of competing as an outlier.
