My Take
What I admire most about Alyssa Edwards is the craft beneath the spectacle. Long before RuPaul's Drag Race made her a global fan favorite, she was a trained dancer, a working choreographer, and a businessperson running her own studio back in Mesquite, Texas. That foundation is why her performances land emotionally and not just visually. I find her comic timing genuinely disarming, capable of turning a single arched eyebrow into a punchline. There is a grounded sincerity underneath the glamour that I think explains her durable popularity. She built something real, and it shows in every appearance.
