Cub Swanson

Cub Swanson is one of those fighters who never quite got the title shot his talent deserved, but honestly, his legacy might be more interesting for it. Growing up in Palm Springs — proper desert California, not the glitzy part — he carved out a UFC featherweight career that spanned two decades, and he holds the all-time record for post-fight bonuses in the featherweight division with eleven. Eleven. That tells you everything: the guy shows up, throws leather, and makes the crowd go nuts whether he wins or loses. He's a throwback in the best way, the kind of journeyman-elite hybrid who elevates every opponent he shares the cage with and never phones it in.
