My Take

Damian Priest is one of those guys who just looks the part — standing nearly 6'5" out of New York City, with the tattoos, the leather, and that Archer of Infamy swagger — but what I genuinely respect is that he backed it up in the ring. He spent years grinding through the independents before WWE finally gave him the real spotlight, and when they did, he ran with it. Watching him capture the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40 in 2024 by cashing in Money in the Bank on Sami Zayn mid-match was one of those wild, chaotic WWE moments that reminded me why I watch this stuff. He's a big man who moves fluidly, cuts solid promos, and carries himself like a main-eventer. Took long enough, but he earned it.
