My Take
Diego Luna earns my respect for making restraint magnetic. As Cassian Andor he proved that a Star Wars hero could whisper, hesitate, and speak with a Mexican accent without apology — and the franchise was better for it. I trace that confidence back to his roots in Mexican cinema, where he came up as an actor's actor long before Hollywood noticed. What I find most admirable is that he never abandoned home: he directs, produces, and champions Latin American stories with the same energy he gives blockbusters. To me he is the model of a global star who uses fame as a bridge rather than an escape hatch.
