Erii Chiba

I'll be honest, when I clocked that Erii Chiba was born in 2003 up in Yokohama, my first reaction was just how young she still is to have logged this many years on stage already. There's something I really respect about idols who come up through the port-town grind, the kind of work where the smile out front hides a ridiculous amount of sweat backstage, and you only ever see the polished version. I don't need a wall of flashy credits to root for someone like this; the part that gets me is the quiet stubbornness, the showing-up-every-single-day-anyway energy that builds a real career one rehearsal at a time. Plenty of runway here.
