My Take

What grabs me about Gaetano is the storybook arc hiding behind the stats. A boy from a small town near Naples joins the Napoli academy at eleven, then signs a pro deal at sixteen, the youngest in club history. That is not just talent, that is belonging. What I respect most, though, is the choice to leave a giant club for real minutes at Cagliari rather than rot on a glamorous bench. Plenty of gifted kids never make that brave call. At his height and with that two-footed creativity on the left, I think his ceiling is still climbing, and I will be watching.
