My Take

What grabs me about Jakrapatr Kaewpanpong, better known as William, is the path he took to the front of LYKN. Coming out of GMMTV's Project Alpha survival show in 2022 and landing the main vocalist spot says a lot about both his voice and his nerve, since those competition formats are brutal. I find it telling that he's at Mahidol University while fronting a Riser Music boy band; balancing study with a demanding idol schedule isn't easy. Born in Hat Yai in 2005, he's still very young, and I suspect the most interesting part of his career is still ahead of him. I'll be watching.
