My Take
Holden is the consummate character actor, and that's exactly why I value her. Whether as Marita in The X-Files, Andrea in The Walking Dead, or her turns in The Shield, The Americans, and The Boys, she keeps showing up in prestige television and quietly anchoring it. A McGill- and UCLA-educated actress who doubles as a human rights activist, she clearly chooses substance over spotlight. I've always trusted productions that cast performers like her, the dependable veterans who elevate every scene without demanding the marquee. Longevity in this industry is never an accident, and hers is plainly earned.
