My Take
Mahiro Yamada is one of those idols who keeps coming back to the stage: from Last Idol's Someday Somewhere to DEAR KISS and a new group in 2025, and honestly, that persistence has its own pull. If she's been grinding through Japan's brutally competitive idol world without making noise about it, that's a quiet kind of toughness I respect. She has been working through the idol-group circuit since the Last Idol era, and there's still room to get genuinely surprised — the kind of artist you stumble onto before everyone else does, and that discovery feels like yours.
