My Take
What I like about Rinoa Kanzaki is how steadily she widened her lane. She started with a cross-dressed Ciel cosplay from Black Butler in 2009, worked as a campaign girl and a Pancrase ring girl, led the cosplay idol unit Re:DIVA2.5 and wrote its lyrics, then moved into gravure and voice acting in 2015. She still runs her own website, blog and social accounts, and that do-it-yourself persistence gives me the sense of a performer who simply keeps building, no fanfare required.
