Ten Ayase

Ten Ayase is a proper millennium baby, born in 2000, which honestly makes me feel a little ancient every time I do the math. A former occupational therapist from Shizuoka who stood out at 173 cm, she made her own choice to enter this work and then to leave it in 2025. There's a quiet confidence in that. Stepping into a spotlight this exposing while you're still that young takes a kind of nerve I genuinely respect, and the thin paper trail just leaves room for me to imagine the rest. She feels like one of those low-key presences who let the work and the silence do the talking. Having stepped away in 2025, I picture her moving at her own unbothered pace, and yeah, I'm quietly rooting for her.
