Yasuhiro Ozato

Okay, I have a soft spot for politicians who didn't just parachute into office, and Yasuhiro Ozato is exactly that kind of guy — he put in years as a salaryman and a secretary before stepping into the spotlight, and honestly that grind-it-out backstory makes me trust him more. He's a Kagoshima kid, born in Kirishima back in '58, who somehow went from the tough, no-nonsense world of Kyushu straight through Tsurumaru High and on to Keio, so you've got brains and grit in the same package. I picture him as the steady, unflashy type — not the loudest voice in the room, but the one quietly carrying his hometown's concerns on his shoulders. The dependable old-hand I'd actually want in my corner.
