My Take

Blake Ferguson reads to me as a study in raw competitiveness. A rugby league footballer out of Bankstown in Sydney's west, he won the 2018 NRL Grand Final with the Sydney Roosters and helped New South Wales take the 2019 State of Origin series, also representing the Indigenous All Stars along the way. That is a genuinely high ceiling. What interests me more is the later turn toward boxing, swapping one combat arena for another rather than fading quietly.
