My Take
Corey Anderson's story is the kind of grind I can't help rooting for. From small-town Rockton, Illinois, he built a fighting career on a wrestling base and climbed steadily through The Ultimate Fighter, the UFC, Bellator and finally the PFL, where he became the inaugural Light Heavyweight World Champion. What impresses me isn't flash but persistence, the willingness to rebuild after losses and prove himself across multiple promotions. That kind of relentless, blue-collar resolve is rare. He lets results talk instead of trash, and honestly, I have a soft spot for self-made grinders like him. I'll keep watching.
