My Take
What strikes me most about Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is the rare combination he carries into politics: the precision of a trained engineer and the pragmatism of a working businessman. Too many leaders are all ideology or all spreadsheets, but a man who studied at George Washington University and then ran enterprises before becoming Pakistan's prime minister tends to weigh both vision and feasibility. His brief stint at the top in 2017 to 2018 was turbulent, yet what I respect more is that he kept going, founding a new party rather than fading away. That persistence, to me, says a lot about conviction.
