Jang Da-ah

I'll be honest — I only really got onto Jang Da-ah's radar through Pyramid Game, and that role alone was enough to make me sit up and pay attention. She plays Baek Ha-rin with this quietly unsettling intensity that feels way too calibrated for someone born in 2001. The show has this brutal social-hierarchy premise that could easily go campy, but she keeps it grounded and genuinely chilling. What's interesting is that she's been balancing acting with studying at Ewha Womans University, which to me signals someone building a career with actual intention rather than just riding a viral wave. She's early-days enough that the full shape of her career isn't clear yet, but the foundation looks solid — and I find that kind of "watch this space" energy genuinely exciting.
